Ingredients

2  Chicken Breasts (sliced into 8)
 2  Cloves Garlic (minced) 
75ml  Soy Sauce (a mix or dark & light)
100ml  Honey
1tbsp  Butter
4  Spring Onions (finely sliced)
1tsp  Chili Flakes

Method

  • Mix garlic, soy sauce, honey and chili flakes in a bowl.
  • Slice chicken and add to sauce to marinate - 10 minutes is enough.
  • Heat a griddle pan and then griddle the chicken until cooked through and slightly blackened and sticky.
  • Serve with rice and garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds.
